Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information this website collects, why it is used, and the choices available to visitors and prospective clients.

Effective August 16, 2026

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Najaeh Photography website, including the project inquiry form. It does not replace any privacy, model-release, or client terms included in a separate written photography or creative-services agreement.

Information we collect

We may collect information that you choose to provide, including:

  • Your name and email address.
  • The type of project, platform, and timing you are considering.
  • A brand name or social-media handle, if you provide one.
  • Your message, creative vision, and other inquiry details.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may also process basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, and request timestamps. We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell visitor data for targeted advertising.

How we use information

We use website information to:

  • Review, respond to, and follow up on project inquiries.
  • Evaluate potential photography, creative, and brand work.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
  • Maintain reasonable business records and comply with law.

How information is shared

Inquiry information is delivered to Najaeh through Discord. Discord and website hosting or infrastructure providers may process the data only as needed to provide their services. Their handling of data is also governed by their own privacy terms.

Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, service providers, or public authorities when reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse, comply with legal obligations, or operate the business. We do not sell personal information collected through this website.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to an inquiry, evaluate or perform requested services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or meet legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be promised to be completely secure.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. To make a request, use the website contact form. We may need to verify a request before completing it.

You may choose not to submit the inquiry form, but Najaeh may then be unable to review or respond to your project request.

Portfolio images and likenesses

This website may display photography featuring clients, models, collaborators, locations, or property under applicable permissions, releases, licenses, or other lawful bases. If you believe an image or likeness is displayed without appropriate permission, use the website contact form so the concern can be reviewed.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and the inquiry form is not intended for their use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may use the website contact form to request review or deletion.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to social platforms, galleries, or other sites that Najaeh does not control. This policy does not govern those third parties, and visitors should review their privacy practices before providing information.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are posted.
